Skin Eruptions (Case no. 74)



Name of the patient- Mrs. K, age 66 years old
Present complaints-
Patient came to me with the complaints of itching and burning on the region of chest, perineum region with redness. Burning is aggravated when she scratch. The complaints are from 3-4 month.
Patient use many allopathic creams and ointment but not relived. During the case history I noted following points –
Desire- sweet and warm food
Aggravation- cold drinks
Tongue- black
Thirst- thirsty
Starting during sleep
Thermal- Chilly patient
Fear- Dark of
Anxiety due to trifle matters
Prescription-
According to symptoms I consider rubrics that are given in reportorial chart and select Arsenic alb and given in 200 potency single dose with Lactopen of 7 days.
After 3 days patient came to me with lots of smile and say I feel 90% better than previous, my burning and itching are completely absent and redness also decrease 90%

After a week she was absolutely ok, and there is no need for any medication or repetition of the dose.

Case No. 1016, Mental Illness

  Date: 07/03/21 This is a case of mental illness of 21year old girl. This is one of the most interesting case of my life. patient and her parents came into my clinic in very tensed mood. mother told me sir we are facing very shameful situations. in mother language- ये हमारी छोटी लड़की है और हम इसकी हरकतों से बहुत परेशान हैं, हमें बहुत शर्मिंदा होना पड़ता है इसके कारन, ये इतनी बड़ी हो गई है पर इसको जरा भी समझ नहीं है की किसके सामने कैसी बातें करनी चाहिए, बेतुकी बातें करती है, दिनभर मुह चलता रहता है, कोई भी बात बोलो तो उसको काट देती है, इसकी कोई बात न मानी जाए तो इतना गुस्सा की फिर उल्टा सीधा बोलना चालू हो जनता है, अपने घर की हर बात पड़ोसियों को बता देती है, बाथरूम से सबके सामने नंगी ही बहार निकल आती है कोई शर्म नहीं आती इसको, और कुछ बोलो तो गुस्सा तो इतना ज्यादा की गुस्से में कपडे फाड़ने और काटने लगती है, दोस्ती हमेशा अपने से छोटी उम्र के लोगों से करती है, और 1 और बुरी आदत है इसको चोरी करने की, ये दूसरों की चीजें कर लेती है, गुस्से में कुछ भी उल्टा सीध बकने लगती है, हम लोग इसकी हरकतों से पर
