Mrs. R, age 70 year old, came to with complaint of difficulty in breathing since 2004. symptoms aggravate on walking upstairs, morning.
Desire- Cold food/ Milk
Aggravation from- Cold Drink/Cold Water
Taste of mouth is sweetish.

Fastidious

Case No. 615, Ovarian Cyst

31 years old female visited me with complaints of ovarian cyst pain in lower abdomen since 5 month, she had already done ultrasound under gynecologist. The size of ovarian cyst was 13.89 x 7.85 c.m. and the opinion of gynecologist was surgery. She had already operated her left ovary due to same ailments. Date: 07/03/21 This is a case of mental illness of 21year old girl.
