A lady 71 yrs old came to me with complaints of increase sugar level, blood sugar on 18 March is Fasting 194 mg/dl and PP is 396 mg/dl.

Other complaints is Head pain perspiration with

Thirst- thirst less

Thermal- Hot pt

Mental symptoms are given on the repertorial chart

Prescription= Lyco 0/1

Report= 24 April – Fasting BS is 121 mg/dl and PP is 246 mg/dl

27 May- Fasting- 82 mg/dl and PP – 199 mg/dl
