A 18 years girls present with complaints of pain on vagina from 4 month with white discharge which is burning type and swelling on both leg and pimples on the face.
Detail of the symptoms=
Pain on vagina < when less intake of water
White discharge with burning on the region
Swelling on both leg when sitting on chairs
Pimples on the face
Desire- spice food
Thirst- thirsty
Tongue- indented
Perspiration- offensive
