Name of the patient- Mrs. R

Age- 30 y/f

Present complaints-

Patient came to me with the symptoms of pain on lower abdomen.

Ultrasound Report- Echogenic mass is seen in myonetrium posterior of size 2.0 cm X 1.1 cm, suggestive of fibroid.

Past History of the patient- Tuberculosis

Diet –

Like- Hot food/ spice/ fat/ pungent/ rice/ cheese/ ice cold water

Thirst- Thirsty for large quantity

Tongue- Black and yellow

Perspiration- Profuse and offensive

Burning soles of the feet

Mental

Hobby- Traveling desire

Like company

Anger – Mostly on children

Avarice

Cheerful

Indifference from family

Prescription-

According to symptoms I consider rubrics that are given in reportorial chart and select Phosphorus and given in 0/1 potency thrice daily for 7 days.

Result after 7 days- completely relief in the pain

Follow up after few month- Ultrasound report is normal.
